Sea Wolf Bakers is located in Fremont, near gas works park. I came on a Saturday around 9:30a, and there was a line forming to the outside of the door. However, the line moved quickly. There is seating both indoors and outdoors. It's nice to start the day by sitting in the sun, eating your favorite croissant and sipping coffee. There is an abundant variety of bakery items, both sweet and savory. What I really appreciate is that the machine doesn't even have a tipping option, which is so rare to find in Seattle where the suggested tips often start at 20% for counter service.

I love this bakery!!! Stone Way is filled with so many gems and Sea Wolf is definitely one of them. It's super spacious inside and the vibes are so peaceful. The staff is friendly and service is always quick! Of course, the pastries are absolutely delicious and everything I've tried has not disappointed. The items are fresh and I always pick up a few different things every time I come because there's such a large variety. The croissants are so flaky and a must-try. Give this place a try if you haven't yet! One of my favorite bakeries in Seattle :)

The plain croissants are delicious!!! They reminded me of the croissants in Paris. Super flaky and buttery. One of the best I've had not in France. I also tried the seasonal focaccia and kouig amann which were also delicious. This is a legit bakery. Highly recommend!!

Nothing beats the feeling of enjoying Sea Wolf bakes outside on a sunny day. I can confidently say they have the best quality bread at the most reasonable prices. Their flatbread is to die for too. Their signature drink is the chai latte, which also impressed me. Needless to say, there are lines out the door for a reason! This is my #1 bakery in Seattle.

Came from out of town, but this is one cool bakery. Lots of space inside and they have a seating area too. I love the name sea wolf. They have their Bread selection on display in the back and also the front has some pastries. The savory lye bread with sauerkraut was so delicious, it had a cabbage and umami flavor and mustard seeds. I like the ambiance inside, the seeded sourdough I brought home was so heavy it felt like a brick lol Overall nice neighborhood bakery with a carefully crafted selection of goods

The bread was fresh and tasty we ordered a variety of items and coffees, the cashiers and helpers were friendly. The bread we all ate was 8.5/10and up. The bakery was clean, open and inviting. I have been a baker for 10-15 plus years and wanted to take a photo of the bakery prep area and commend them for its cleanliness. It was spotless. I was then yelled at by the bakery (manager) about photoing their two staff members which if I had kept the photo would have just been a close up picture of their industrial mixer which was huge compared to the Hobart ones I used back in the day but I deleted the photo out of respect for her wishes, and apologized. But she could have been a littler nicer about it but I was a manager once too and respect to protect her employees but it just threw me off. I would definitely come back for their bakery, their coffee wasn't the greatest.

Easily the most memorable place I went when visiting Seattle and probably one of the only places I would actually recommend for friends to visit. The service was friendly and I was able to luck out on barely any wait and snagged a seat early Saturday morning but I can tell this place is a popular spot (where lines can go out the door) and that's probably unusual. Constant stream of business and I was jealous of a lady who bought 2 baguettes to go because she is living my dream. The service was friendly and quick! I feel like I got my coffee very fast but most importantly--it was delicious! The person working behind the counter was nice enough to describe what a kouign-amann was. It was so freaking good. I also got an orange clove mocha and died of happiness every bite and sip.

Went over a little late around 4 pm and they didn't have too many options left but they still had some classic ones like the regular and chocolate croissants. The line wasn't long so we were able to order quickly and get it immediately. The inside is very spacious and decorated with plants with the light wooden furniture. Chocolate Croissant - One of the best chocolate croissants I have ever had. It was buttery, flakey, and filled with a balanced amount of chocolate that was melted nicely. It was slightly warm and every bite you could tell there were many layers and amazing flavor. We carried the croissants for a little bit to walk over to Gasworks Park to enjoy and it was perfect. I would definitely go back at an early time of day to try some of their other pastries.
